get the old cous cous sittin in the cupboard, pour on some soy sauce,
some powdered chicken stock, some tabasco and some of those fried shallots in a jar,
the one you get with 2 minute noodles.
add hot water, stir till cousssy is soft, and EAT
word, left over pizza frittata.
get the stuff pictured, that green crap is puree'd broccoli and chilli.
dice pizza and onion..fry it.
add mixed up eggs and broccoli gunk, then cook it all together.
done
cook the top in the griller dummy!
