get a bbq chicken, remove the meat, add a bunch of sauteed mushrooms and onion, various seasonings mix it up in a pan with the chicken and enough creamed corn to make it a gravy sorta deal.
bake it in a luv heart pan and eat it by yourself while watching this:

fish curry abomination with, zuchinni, frozen fish fillets, mushrooms, sautéed cabbage yes cabbage topped with home grown coriander that's now dead.

pan fried pitta bread with mayonnaise scrambled eggs topped with fresh dill.
